If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you have purchased from Escalade Sports, you may return it within 30-days from the date of purchase to receive a full refund or exchange it for the same item.  Escalade Sports will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges if those apply) to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase.  Original shipping costs (if applicable) and return shipping costs will be the purchasers expense.  Items may not be exchanged or returned after the 30-day post purchase period has expired.

This policy applies on items purchased from only and does not apply to Escalade Sports products purchased through other retailers.

Using the original packaging, repackage the product you wish to return and note the Return Authorization Number on the package.  We recommend that you use UPS but if you chose another carrier, we recommend that returns be shipped by a carrier that provides insurance and trackability.

Please include a copy of the original packing slip and include the order number from the original order in the address.

Typical return processing takes 30 days.  Once your return has been received and has passed inspection, we will issue a credit on your credit card or PayPal account.  We will notify you via email once your return is processed and the credit has been issued.
